I am Associate Professor at the Department of Agricultural Sciences, KVL.

I am head of SOAR, the Research School for Organic Farming and Food Systems.

I am Director of Studies for the MSc study programme "Agricultural Development".

Member of Board of Directors in the NATURA network, representing KVL.

My main research areas are:

• Protein supply in organic farming systems

• Nutrient dynamics in mixed cropping systems

• Product quality in fodder and food
• Rural livelihood and development
• Biodiversity in grassland
• Crop-livestock interactions
• Global organic food supply systems
